@Plum-Pie: I think it's actually been the opposite with my parents. They had a rough time starting out (they got married very young), and they even separated for a few months. But, now that they are both in their 50s, they realize they couldn't live without each other (especially my dad without my mom)

This makes me sad. My grandfather died a week ago and he and my grandmother were married for 62 years. They definitely had their ups and downs, but they really did love each other very much. I miss him so much :(

She has such shiny, pretty hair. Sorry, that's all I've got for this picture after yesterday's debacle.

@LimitedLiabilityGirl: The French drink tons of red wine! So your theory of drinking more of it sounds good to me!

@happysquid: Yes, thank you! You can eat a large salad, as long as you don't put a pound of Ranch dressing and an entire box of croutons on it.

@NefariousNewt: Beautifully said. Even though most people don't read them, it is still legally binding. In a case like this, it's hard to separate emotion and legalities.

Michelle Obama wears J.Crew and H&M. One of Cindy McCain's pink suits probably costs as much as this ring.

@BeckySharper: I find it so weird how so many people are OBSESSED with Disney. I know people who take trips there every year. I've also seen Disney themed weddings on the Travel Channel.

I can kind of see his point. When I was little, I wanted every piece of merchandise that came along with the movies, but my mother said NO.

Yay for elephants! And seriously, vegetarian animals' poop is SO much better than carnivorous animals' poop. I have a horse and would rather clean up his poop than clean the kitty litter box any day.

@westendgirl: This is exactly how my aunt treats my cousin (who is now 22). Heaven forbid she learn about the big bad world and have to face reality of being independent and supporting herself. Yeah, my aunt has sheltered her like nobody's business. It's sad and pathetic that some people really feel like this.

@bluebears: The more I think about this, the more it pisses me off. Why waste money on idiotic studies? My cousin has her doctorate in organic chemistry and is a total genius doing really valuable work and research. She deserves the money for her studies!

@Shannon: When I see a cute child and think it might be fun to have one, I quickly remember my babysitting days and how absolutely, dreadfully awful it was. Then I'm back to normal! P.S. I'm 23 also, so we have LOTS of time.

@bluebears: Yeah, exactly. This feels like another one of those "waste of time" studies. I mean, it seems so trivial which way a baby is put in a stroller. This is why we are all so neurotic, all these stupid studies make us more stressed out!

Hmm. I am a very anxious adult, I wonder if I was a stressed baby? My mom thinks it has something to do with me being premature. Who knows.

@Jabbotage: Oooh. You've hung out with her? More details, please!

Just because you go to a fashion show without your husband does not mean your marriage is on the rocks. Is this really all newspapers can talk about now? It's just getting ridiculous.

I admire people who have the guts to go into space. I am totally fascinated by space exploration, but I would be too chicken to actually sit in a rocket and have it propel me thousands of miles away from earth.

It really, really bothers me that people (no matter what side they are on) get violent when someone disagrees with them or has an opposite view. I just can't get on the name-calling, hatred band wagon when someone doesn't agree with me. Maybe I'm too nice, but we're all entitled to our own opinions without the fear of

@Kivrin: LOL. So true.
