@NefariousNewt: So true. I only went to bars if friends were going and we all just hung out. They're way more fun like that.

@NefariousNewt: I'm the same way, and I think I'm kind of unapproachable because I never get approached. But it's fine with me, saves me a headache!

@little_engine_that_could: This same thing happened to my friend, except with a different chain. And she said on the way to the restaurant, they passed like 3 of the same restaurants to get to the "specific one" he wanted to go to. She was all, WTF?

@screwtapeletters: I know I probably would have worn that dress when I was younger. I have a weakness for polka dots (probably due to my beloved dalmatian I had as a teenager). But you're right, it would be MUCH cuter without the sleeves.

@KathrynwithaY loves Joan Collins: I don't get the hype around Rumer Willis either. I think she always wears ugly clothes and she seems like she tries too hard to be "in" in Hollywood. Is that mean of me? If it is, I apologize.

Creepy pervs. I'm glad women are getting justice.

Congrats, JessicaLoveJoy!

I don't find this insulting. At least, not deliberately so.

I went through more of a hard-core stage, although it was extremely short lived and I didn't get too much into it.

@J.D.Regent: I admire you for standing up to the protestors and telling them why you were going. Hopefully, it gave them a very much needed different perspective.

@PilgrimSoul: No, I completely understand. You were obviously being a good friend to her, to be that concerned about the situation as well. It breaks my heart that so many women have to go through such painful life choices.

@Archetype: I agree with everything you just said. I'm sure there is a lack of supportive resources regarding abortion on the internet. So, if her blog can help someone else going through the same thing, then I see it as a very good thing.

@J.D.Regent: You make a very good point. I think it makes people uncomfortable (myself included) because it's not all cheery and happy. If we can discuss and blog about pregnancies to be carried out, I see no reason not to discuss pregnancies that will be terminated.

@PilgrimSoul: What a tough situation to be in. While I am 100% pro-choice, I know I would have a hard time making a decision if I was pregnant. I just don't know if I could PERSONALLY go through with an abortion. But if there were such horrific birth defects, I don't think it would be as difficult a decision.

@Archetype: I always thought late-term abortion was classified as 6 months out...but I know I could be entirely wrong on that.

@jakesmom: I know! People seem to forget they provide medical exams and prescribe birth control, which will prevent unwanted babies, thus reducing abortions. Oh, wait...they don't believe in birth control either.

@hilighter: Very true. I used to work at a very fun advertising agency, and we could wear funky stuff. Now I work at a very stuffy, boring real estate firm and no more fun clothes :(
