@BlondeGrlz: Yeah, I really don't get why stores don't carry more of larger sizes. It doesn't take much to realize the average American is not a size 0, so maybe carry more of a variety of sizes!

@stevienixxx: It's still not too late! It's ok to still send congratulations for up to a year after the wedding :)
The fashion industry is blind. I had a friend who worked at American Eagle and he said they would only carry a couple of size 12 jeans. So dumb. All the size 0 were always still sitting on the shelves.
@bowleserised: Amazing!
@dirtybee says bee yourself!: They really do make cards for everything these days. I love it though, because I love sending cards, so I have lots of opportunities now to!
@bowleserised: Wow, way to go to her for soldiering on. She has really endured a lot!
This is so awesome, it is such a heart-warming story. It's amazing to know that with such advanced medicine, if something tragic happens, people can still lead normal lives and live out their dreams.
@SisterMaryMartha: They certainly are. Which is a sad thing for truly talented musicians struggling to make it.
@Khrushchev: I understand, that does sound quite traumatizing.
@SisterMaryMartha: I stream Pandora all day at work, and one day, some really dumb song with a lead singer with the whiniest voice I have ever heard came on, and I was like "what the crap is this??" It was the Jonas Brothers.
@beatrice2000: Too true. Movies are so unrealistic. At first I thought that her daughter (or granddaughter, whatever) was the result of her rendezvous with Jack, until at the end where they she married someone else.
@Khrushchev: Good for you for telling those snobby sales people off. That story sounds familiar, but, you know, there are lots of hookers out there :-)
@jennilyn: Wow, he was original, wasn't he? A real winner there.
@Khrushchev: Well, I used to be an Arabian princess and had a pet tiger and rode around on magic carpets. Therefore, I am sure I inspired "Aladdin."
@morninggloria: OMG! Brave Little Toaster, I loved that movie and I had forgotten all about it.
I always wondered how people could fall so madly in love in just a couple of days. I'm sure it can happen, it just doesn't seem like it would last.
@Meg: Yeah, I guess I'm not cut out to be the intern-mistress. Oh well, we can't all be one!
@topsy: Trying to keep a baby whale from suffering is in no way not caring for humans. I think the point PilgrimSoul and I are trying to make is that whenever the argument is brought up about how not enough is done to help humans, it undermines the efforts of the people trying to help animals. Yes, we do need to help…
@pinkyBella: *compassion for animals, you will most likely have compassion for people. Wow, and I already had my coffee.
@ekaterinaballerina: You're absolutely right. I believe that if you have compassion, you will most likely have compassion for people. It just goes hand in hand, really. I've donated money to both human and animal charities and also volunteered my time for both. I see no reason why they can't correspond.
