I mean you’re just being real. Can’t take your black card away for keeping it 100. Honesty earns you a gold star.

Had a Twitter fight with an Umar supporter because Killer Mike decided he should tweet how we need to support Umar. I said nah...there’s no way I’m doing that. I never cared for Umar, but ever since we went to the Brooklyn event, I have never shaken the feeling at how utterly disgusted I was at watching Black men and

“There’s a lot of otherwise smart black men I know who I can’t fuck with because they prevert the message of black equality into a message of “black MEN should be running this shit”. I got into beef with one dude because he said something along the lines of “feminism is about women oppressing men”, and I called him on

To add to all of the truth you just said: black women have been calling “Dr” Umar on his fraudulent bullshit for years on Twitter. Their reward? Misogynoir and horrific harassment.

I hear that. And I am one. But so many of the black men in my life growing up (and the many who should had have been in my life but were instead off starting their fifth family somewhere) weren’t shit I get suspicious of black men in authority. That shit is a reflex at this point.

You’re not alone. I don’t either.

I feel like this and the backlash over the “black men are the white people of black people” article go hand in hand.

It’s too dense for them; they can’t follow it.

And it’s likely the next generation of this group will vote differently than their mothers and grandmothers.

Shuckin’ and jive niggas married to white women or thankful to massa for a job....

She describes herself as biracial. She is therefore acknowledging that she is part Black. What is so difficult to understand about this? She doesn’t need the black community to claim her. She’s already acknowledged who she is, and I don’t see what makes us qualified to tell this woman that she’s not black.

But by stating that she’s biracial, she’s proclaiming loudly that she’s made up of something more than just white. In general, us white folks don’t hear someone saying they’re biracial and go “Oh, she means she’s white! She’s one of us!”. We hear biracial or multiracial or whatever word a person uses to signify that

She’s definitely fucking up the line dances.

Rashida Jones would come and bring some shit that’ll keep your flow muthafuckin’ tizzight! She’s blacker than folks give her credit for.

Listen white people just because someone black brown or yellow was hired instead of you doesn’t mean you were discriminated against, it just means you’re not good enough.
