You nailed what I was trying to say in another post. I will acknowledge that giving up on your dreams is emotionally difficult. Plus, as someone going through a PhD program now (thankfully one that I can choose practice/application rather than academia), I can’t imagine how prone you are to the sunk-cost fallacy after

I am here for all reporting about orange- Vanilla Coke. It is shockingly delicious.

Why do people say “this is not who we are” when they DID THE SHIT? If it wasn’t who you were, you wouldn’t have done it. Periodt.

They’re so sorry but haven’t mentioned terminating the officers who perpetrated this crime. I’ll believe they are sorry when those officers lose their jobs and are barred from any other jobs in law enforcement.

Proofread is one word.

I agree that its great to see representation in the media we consume. But this movie was mediocre at best. The pacing was weird, the plot weak, and Randall Park’s character was a negative, surly jerk. I’m afraid that we as an audience are lowering our standards for movies, since Netflix churns out so many of them.

I enjoyed it! But...it wasn’t very good. I loved seeing familiar food and family dynamics and everyone in this is so damn likeable. Also! Niki Nakayama did the food artistry so extra points for that. The plot was uneven and heavy-handed, the acting wasn’t amazing, and it was paced oddly. But I still liked it!

I loved this movie, totally hilarious and refreshing, but I thought the execution and pacing were a little uneven. And while the movie belonged to the leads, the supporting cast really made great work out of their parts. I have never loved Reeves more.

No one is saying TS can’t do it, just that it didn’t serve her well to do it so close on the heels of B’s performance. Being that you evidently read Jezebel, I can’t see how you could have failed to notice the unbelievable fuss that was made over the Coachella show, both at the time and when the documentary came out.

Well, for one, Olivia Munn is a noted hypocritical asshole that’s said some pretty gross shit, so I have limited sympathy. Secondly, I guess I fundamentally disagree that critiquing the outfit she wore to an event, a thing she has complete control over, is the same as “insulting her appearance.” Team Fug 100 percent.

The Fugs and TLo WERE critiquing the new designs of a fashion house—Munn was wearing Peter Pilotto S/S 2019.

First, take a deep breath. Second, when she receives positive feedback she’s happy to share that. She retweets the positive fashion coverage she receives. But when it’s negative it’s all, “why are women judged so unfairly?!??” You can’t have it both ways. Also, saying you don’t like an outfit is hardly tearing someone

Just read an old Daily Beast interview where Olivia said she dates men of different races so she is free to make racist jokes. “See I date different guys of different religions and races so I can always make the joke,” she continued. “I date the blacks, I date the Mexicans. I date ‘em all for comedy. You can’t buy

“Star” of TV show who’s made millions off exposing her public life for everyone to see: “It just sucks that it has to be so public. I’m not just a TV show”... in a TV show promo.

So I just got back from a visit to our PR firm and then my acting coach.

Yes, it sounds amazing. I feel like I’m the only one that was less than impressed with her previous album, but this I love.

To point one, I am sorry you find no reason to use facial expressions in life, but good on you to have a perfect face. You must be so fulfilled.

It sounds like Average Anna has a pretty good time until she gets married and has kids.  That was obviously her mistake.

Here’s my take: If he is under their label he probably cannot release music under other labels/venues meaning he is kind of in a holding pattern if they won’t release his music or fire him. He is basically musically neutered. I don’t hate it.

HARD disagree.

I am SURE someone has written an exhaustive hyper detailed breakdown of her gown down to which trees the silkworms that made the silk ate, but a quick look at the gown shows a likely un-stretchy duchesse type silk satin (no stretch), a portrait neckline, and with a sleeve length that is AFAIK dictated by
