The A-Class has been FWD based AWD or FWD only since inception, I doubt that’s changed for the latest version

There is just something about Mercedes’ current design direction that doesn’t seem to work on the “shorter” cars. The design looks much better on the longer vehicles and the coupes. For some reason this generation C-class sedan just has this slightly frumpy look to it... I think the back end is too “short”.

Yes, it’s a shame they picked a car fitted with awful noughties-era spinners and didn’t wait for them to stop before clicking the shutter :-(
