I know this over a year old, but I too feel like I’m sensitive to changes in elevation while driving and window opening.

As someone who owns an HTC Vive, I SINCERELY doubt VR is dead in the water and would never consider comparing it to a steering wheel for racing games as it is so much more than that.

Having tried all 3 systems, the Vive has by far the best hardware. And PSVR may have the best games. This is definitely the popular opinion among people who’ve tried VR.

Guys, Real talk right now on the Vive tracker...

^ this. Many of the hotels I’ve stayed at have a third-party control box/system that plugs in via a cable on the back (often RJ45, once or twice USB). I’ve found that if I unplug this it gives me the ability to use the TV as a normal TV and switch to the external HDMI inputs.

As an owner of Vive and Oculus, I can’t wait until VR is wireless and higher resolution. The cord is a significant hindrance, and the pixelation makes the visuals look way worse than what you see on a regular monitor. It’s gonna take some time but those two things will be the true game changers.

Shamefully, Night/Day Watch have been on my “To Watch” list for a couple years. Still there.
