I am a sad Eeyore and expect disappointment, but I would loooove if it ended up as a Netflix show. Then there would be rejoicing, and much binge-watching.

I loved how hard she kicked ass in that episode and her moment with Thompson on the plane back was great, too. I will be really sad if it isn’t renewed for a second season. But I’m preparing myself for disappointment. :-(
Yep. Let me add another sighhhh ughhhh to the large pile of sighs and ughs.
It kind of puts a sour taste in one’s mouth. Like, I’ll never be able to forget I heard that they said that and it will come up in my brain when I see the film/characters and that makes me sad.
Related, kind of - I love that ep of Agent Carter where Dum Dum Dugan asks Peggy what Cap would do if he left his best girl behind...and Peggy says...“He would say, do as Peggy says.”
It’s called “elderspeak” and it is a real and potentially damaging thing. There is some evidence to suggest it can cause the adult in question to actually become MORE dependent for care needs.
I have to ask... See my comment below... Did you get paid in an old paper sack? This is, sadly, a serious question.
We kind of almost hooked up but ended up having this really long talk and decided we worked better as platonic friends. It worked out well as we are both married to other people who better matches, and are still best friends. He has never brought up my wayward barbacoa again. Lol. :-)
I didn’t get mine until I was in my early twenties and did not have time to deal with the “you can’t eat this or that bs.” The pik was great. Not so great was sitting across from a guy friend I had a thing for eating Chipotle and hearing, “you’ve got some barbacoa in the wire by your left incisor.” I ended up sticking…
Oh man, my sister worked there one summer in college and was paid below non-tipped minimum. Most people had no idea that they were tip-dependent.
My hair is all dark. I don’t believe laser works well on blonde hair, but it does work on any that is dark. The laser is attracted to melanin so if the hair has some pigment and isn’t white blonde, you might be able to get results.
I am in the process of laser hair removal and this is definitely something I’ve come across. So I’m like welp, no kids. Obvious solution.
I tend to find it more horrifying than appealing. But then I work with a lot of old ladies and most everyone starts to have thinning hair at some point so the thought of reducing any of it intentionally kind of scares me. Embrace the baby hairs!
During those dark 18 months circa 2005 I ate everything I wasn’t supposed to, such as popcorn, and then used the highest setting on my waterpik to blast it out. Rebel.
...or the use of the greatest soundtrack song of all time.
This is the shame of my credentialing body. Stop it, AND. Stop.
Thank you for the link! You make a good point regarding supporting the non-testing subsidiaries. It's definitely a gray area for me. I am halfway through the last palette of NARS blush I have and I'm still debating how to proceed. I haven't bought any more NARS since I realized Shiseido tested and was the parent…
I haven't looked in awhile, but I thought NARS was owned by Shiseido, which DOES test on animals. I guess the issue of parent company can be a grey area. Correct me if I'm totally misinformed, though, because I love(d) NARS lipsticks!
I completely understand! Good on your sister for ignoring advice entirely not based on a professional assessment of her baby’s needs.
It is something that is sometimes recommended for babies with reflux. Everyone else, not so much.
