Amelie's references on the one from 2006 will only be slightly more out of date than a brand new TI.

What kind of talk is that?

Yeah, I'll bet if everyone who says they want to live in the past actually could and did, they would realize it's not all it's cracked up to be.

I'm so glad he's back. I'm not much into video games, so I never visited Gameological much. I really miss his Project Runway reviews.

The lowest paid workers don't sit at a desk all day with hours to waste on the AV Club. They, you know, actually work.

Yeah, I don't see how the people of Pawnee would elect her mayor after they just recalled her, but I could see her getting some outside attention for all the good she's done.

Favorite (network) shows: Parks and Rec and Bob's Burgers. Opposite ends of the spectrum.

I just finished watching the last season of Project Runway, the last six or seven episodes of which had just been sitting there on my DVR for a while. I not sure why I can't just quit the show, I think it's because of Tim Gunn. Hopefully this new show will be more watchable (and not 90 minutes long, either). Not

Are you sure it's not the other way around? I'd hate to see what a knockoff version of Rachel Ray is like.

Yeah, I agree with Natalie. You should feel free to drop a conversation if you're not interested. You can either tell them directly or just stop responding if you're not comfortable with that. On a dating site, if you're not interested in the person, you don't have to respond just to be polite, because that usually

You always know exactly what to say.

Yeah, but I feel like those guys really don't think they're being selfish and they really believe the things they say, and the amount of self-delusion that goes into that is astounding to me.

There's room for both of you. It's always good to have more than one point of view.

Whatever, man. I'm not wasting any more of my time on this. I've had enough of these types of arguments that I've realized I will never understand how the mind of a conservative works.

Saying you want to go back and live in the past means taking all the bad with the supposed good. Women technically could get jobs, but they would still face serious discrimination and most likely get passed over for a man (or at least make way less than a man would). I work my ass off for not a lot of money, but I

"Women did not have to work." OK, seriously? Are you seriously suggesting that women would be better off being housewives and stay-at-home moms, totally dependent on their husbands? That sounds like a great idea. Let's go back to the times when a man could treat his wife like shit, when it was legal for a man to rape

The flying car was still a more likely prediction than the Cubs winning the World Series.

I wanted to know Craig's reaction too. I watched his show for about two weeks after the announcement, but all the episodes around that time were pre-taped, so by the time he came back it was old news. I don't know if he ever mentioned it on his show.

I was thinking it was kind of like Star Wars meets Lord of the Rings.

I wish my parents had taken me to see the world when I was a kid. I don't think I even left the Midwest until a class trip in 8th grade, and I didn't leave the country until college. I love to travel, but my parents have just never been into it (my dad has still never left the country and doesn't really have a desire
