The first season is the dreadful. I agree there are a few gems alongside the seven long seasons.
On a second binge-watch the first half of the season was much more enjoyable. The first episode was incredibly uncomfortable to watch, but not so much the second time and I can only commend them for daring to make it. It made us feel dread and isn't art there to make us feel stuff and thangs?
