I’m so sorry and I understand. I still remember my dad telling me that he had a dream that I was thin and he could pick me up and he was so happy. I was 8 or 9. Soul crushing.

There’s a therpaist out there who’s on tiktok and has a program called “Struggle Care” for those who have chronic illness, depression etc. who find it difficult to keep up with daily tasks. I love it.

It’s crazy how different states and counties are doing their rollouts. My city has its own health department and our mayor has been amazing. Considering there are half a million people, the rollout has been nearly flawless with more and more groups opening up each day. Most of my friends already have! 

Had my Johnson & Johnson - which I was happy about since I’ve already had COVID in January. Sore arm but that’s about it. Please EVERYONE - get it when you can! 

I don’t wear antiperspernt, but some wetness underneath my arms doesn’t bother me.

Not to gross you out, but regular soap wasn’t always effective on my B.O. but this soap takes that smell away and can keep me fresh for a day or two - even without deodorant. It’s called Hibiclens - I would check it out!

I wash my pits the anti bacterial soap doctors use before surgery (you can purchase it on Amazon) that stops the smell. Then I use Native deodorant. Combination does the trick. 

I can’t believe I loved that story at 8 years old. 

I thought I just had allergies - no fever, no cough etc. Well, I had covid. It’s tricks you into thinking it’s something else sometimes. Glad you’re taking precautions. 

49 here. Skipped my first month December, after my period had moved to a 40 day cycle. I hear you. My pms has been horrible for the last 3 years. My boobs are always swollen and painful and my gut got bigger. YET my endo says my numbers look fine. It’s a long, icky journey. Hugs! (margartias worked well for me)

I follow a lot of lawyers on the app and it really helped me through this election bs. There is so much great content out there for those of us who are older -it’s not just dancing teens.

Find a foster group and foster first. That way if you’re not a match with the dog there is no commitment. You just keep the dog until a owner is found. If you fall in love, then adopt the dog. You will have spent enough time to see its personality. I did that and it was awesome. I’m going on 10 years with my pup!

I am so sorry about that. I had something similar where my parents thought I was sneaking cigarettes because there were a bunch of butts outside my window. Nope, just my friends boyfriend stalking me.

What a nightmare! Sounds like she had very much her own issues and beauty/perfection. Ugh

This was over 12 years ago and I’ve gone through several endos before I found one who listens to me. She was just a HMO and I never went back to her after that.
