The original cast was only seven, but they got regular contributions from Franken & Davis, the muppets, Albert Brooks, Gary Weis, Mr Bill, Guido Sarducci, etc. They also reused filmed sketches with the cast and sometimes featured multiple musical guests and more than two songs. 21 is too many, but it’s not hard to…
Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within
The best example is still this one
Infinity War reminded me why I quit reading comics. There are no stakes. There are no consequences. Nobody stays dead. Nothing really changes. It’s just an endless series of fistfights.
From a technical standpoint, Joe Buck is great as Jeopardy host. Pacing and phrasing are top notch, understands the game, puts the contestants at ease. His interviews seem a bit performative, but adequate and definitely could be improved with some work.
Yeah, only two of the three rom the original trilogy ended with the heroes celebrating their victory!

Sanaa Lathan can do no wrong
This is my favorite movie of all time.
It is perhaps telling that in the month-plus since that announcement they haven’t made any statement about who the additional guest hosts are or how long Jennings will be filling in. They clearly want Jennings to take over and the other guest hosts, if any ever appear, are just in case he falls on his face.
My grandfather once told me “Work to live, don’t live to work”. Even though he was of the WWII generation, he never defined himself by his work and he certainly never worked more than he needed to.
