Matthew Goode was tragically miscast in this film.

I kept imagining the “Teacher Fell Down” sketch with the original Not Ready For Prime Time Players.  Think Laraine Newman as the teacher an Garret Morris, Gilda Radner, and whatever host (Robert Klein, maybe) as the students.  It would be one of those fondly remembered oddities.
