They didn’t say paid 12 weeks. FMLA allows for any employee in America that works at a business with more than 50 employees 12 weeks off unpaid. This is not usually feasible for a lot of people. I’m curious to know what explicitly they meant by that.

I’ve seen this too. I can’t imagine what it’s like to shoot someone, but I also can’t imagine not throwing myself down at their head and holding it until help came. Not throwing handcuffs on someone not moving. Then again, I’ve never been trained to kill people as a military or civil officer.
