I liked this movie and saw it four times. Damon and Kinnear really embraced the ridiculous concept

The thing about this is: The moustache was notable because Selleck could rock an awesome moustache. If they are going to do Magnum, the moustache is tertiary to the right kind of rakish charm, and a guy who can do comedy AND drama in equal measure. The ability for wear really short cargo shorts is also important.
