Rudy Giuliani?
Rudy Giuliani?
If tackling drunk driving reduces drinking in general, even a little bit, then it’s worth tackling. Alcohol misuse does more than cause car accidents.
Total garbage. My electric truck would beat them all. I would just make one that goes faster and tows more and can get 1000 miles range on a 10 minute charge. I will draw pictures if you want.
The only car I ever owned that performed consistently in bad conditions was a second gen CRV. It's a mediocre AWD system on paper, but it worked really well. 15k fluid changes with proprietary fluid were a pain, but it worked.
My Mazda2 with Toyo all-weather tires goes and stops better than my AWD Honda pilot on all-season tires in ice and snow, but only by a bit.
My favorite part of any Tesla article on Jalopnik is when someone in the comments gets upset about factual information that conflicts with their narrative.
So, until tomorrow?
“Winning the jackpot” with one of these is convincing some sucker to pay you to haul it away.
There is a very good reason why these depreciate so far so fast. As soon as the warranty is up, you’re screwed. My neighbor ended up buying a second one for parts after the first one broke down so many times. Literally everyone I know who’s ever owned one couldn’t make it 6 months without some kind of failure.
Oof that’s a terrible drivetrain. But I’m voting NP anyway.
Why are we in such a hurry? This is camping.
Holy crap! That’s fucking expensive. I could buy a couple of really nice tents and a lifetime supply of pads, cots and sleeping bags for that much and have enough left over to pay for food and gas for 10 camping trips.
Bradley has written multiple articles about his Nissan Leaf, and gave a glowing review to the HD Livewire. Jason drives an electric car. There have been far more positive stories on Jalopnik about EVs than negative ones. The negative ones have mostly been about Tesla so maybe that’s your beef eh, Elon?
They definitely don’t hate on EVs. That’s just plain untrue.
The Batmobile has been using one for decades with only occasional accidents and fatalities.
Every day with a value beyond zero is a win in my book.
I don’t like BMWs. That’s all. Thanks for listening.
Well shit. I might need one.
When the Subaru Baja came out I remember thinking that it was fucking terrible, but that it would end up being collectible. Thanks for confirming my cynicism, assholes.
If I was ready for a new commuter, I'd be all over it. My commute varies throughout the year but it's never more than 60 miles round trip.
