Aw, thanks. Listen, I’m a middle-aged white dude (ahem, early middle-age), so I’d be an idiot to think I don’t have my own blindspots.

In the spirit of owning up to stuff on the internet, now I think I’m mostly wrong - I just rewatched the scene, and had absolutely forgot there was the “Black power” gesture part to the bit. It was always a black hand, cadaverous or not. I’m sorry for trying to mitigate that, however inadvertent.
I hear you. Again, I think I had interpretive blinders when I saw it. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if “cadaver” was their intent, but no one involved realized that in trying to make some sort of “Franken-hand,” they failed miserably and ended up with something offensive without realizing it...because it they…
Honest technical question - I “own” 30 Rock via iTunes...
I honestly thought that his hand was a different color because it was from a cadaver.
Looks like we’ve scared him off — he’s no longer listed at the link.
I got choked up seeing the Orion Pictures logo.
I was a big fan of the Bourne series - Legacy is an underrated gem! Fight me! - and was excited to see Treadstone was coming up.

Yes, the “director’s cut” has a 10-20 min sequence wherein Newt’s parents find the derelict craft.
No correction necessary! Just elaborating. My job deals frequently with so-called sponsored content. There are, at least nominally, FTC regulations about disclosure. Enforcement is a different ball of wax, though...
Couldn’t have said it better.
I work in print media, and a certain subset of our staff (the ones that weren’t already quarantined since being in Europe last month) are borderline phobic when it comes to working from home. So, in no particular order, we’ve had to deal with:
Given the delivery rate of this song, I’m not sure this makes it the whole way to 20 seconds, but it had to be done, right?
Perhaps sort of split the difference and go for Bing cherries? You dodge the irradiative factor but still have a cherry that’s cost-effective...
HOW DARE YOU SIR.
Somebody upthread pointed out (I think correctly?) that unfortunately, demographics allow a Rep candidate to basically “stir up the base” to secure enough electoral college votes, whereas a Dem candidate needs to cast a wider net. Don’t ask me about the science, but that seems a plausible challenge in the days ahead.
“Dick Whisky” has just become my new best friend of a phrase.
