She only shows up for one scene and is played by probably the worst actress on the entire show, which is saying A LOT.

I love that it's a female character who says the "pretty little lips" line, and that she seems to say the phrase "pretty little lips" about 5 times in scene.

Don't forget the part where he says the black guy is from "a chocolate river."

"I was right over there!"

Gene was easily the MVP tonight. I loved him being a jean jacket.(Gene jacket! I just got that!)

Next you're going to tell me Adventure Time has a closing credits song about frolicking in the forrest with butterflies and bees.

After everything ending up basically ok after last night, I think I was ready for this to be the one to break my heart.

Garnet is not one person. She is not two people. She is an experience

"I am NOT watching Monster-A-Go Go again! You'll have to kill me first!"

Considering we usually have a freakin month between individual episodes, 3-6 months really doesn't seem like that much to me.

Both of those scenarios sound like Lost, actually.

He's a human…I think.

I interpreted it as her realizing that the team needed all the positive reinforcement it could get in this troubling time. Although it could also mean either A. the gems are so fucked there's no point in even trying to fight or B. Greg's gonna fucking die so she'd better be nice to him while she gets the chance.

It seems inevitable to me that Steven Universe is going to kill somebody off eventually, and I was just wondering who they would be willing to do it to. Greg is as good a guess as I can think of.

I would have disagreed with you until last night, but after that last episode I'm not so sure.

It is good to know that Lapis appears to be an ally now.

That, and I thought that it was pretty obvious early on that Lapis was sending the message. This show doesn't bring up past events without them paying off by the end of the episode.

I'm betting they used to fuse a whole lot, if you catch my drift.

Mirror Gem/Ocean Gem, AKA the Lapis Lazuli two-parter. It's when the show really kicked into high gear, in my opinion.

Tommy Wiseau IS Mittens!
