Very true, but as someone who was just in the market for something in this range I find it an odd value proposition. If you’re looking at an M340 or an S4 you’re already prepared to spend more for more car than anyone needs. So I’m really not tempted by the carrot of less for less. Could just be me though. Eh ok, but you can see why one might think that. The M430 and S4 are decent amount more HP. So.... they’re plan to compete with the lower S and faux M models is to undercut them on HP? You’d think they’d at least try to match or beat one of them on the front, since crazy HP was their game and they need the converts.
