I’m not sure why, I knew it was coming from the moment Mack said he’d delivered Coulson a present, but Lola was what made me cry the most. Maybe just because it was the last scene and it was perfect.

In my headcannon, after his stint as Director doesn’t go as planned and he gives the job to someone more qualified, he joins the Exiles.

Even Deke stranded in yet another universe and even further in the past got to be not only music god but also Director of SHIELD.

Now that I’ve actually seen the episode, I have to say I really appreciated the tour of central Nebraska’s vast pine forests and mountain ranges. That must have been one hell of an “earthquake.”
