There’s a guy that took a Ford Crown Vic up the Moab trail. You’d be surprised what normal vehicles are capable of if you’re willing to beat the shit out of them.

You’re missing the self-deprecating joke, there.
707 hp in something that handles like a stagecoach. What could possibly go wrong?
He’s a has-been, Chris, and no one knows who the hell you are outside of the UK.
FWIW, judging by the picture of the Challenger, it looks like a V6 model. Not that it really matters, but....
That’s....like....your opinion, man. Evidently he’s a sticky fingered little piece of shit that has repeatedly stolen stuff in the past. I hope he enjoys his decade behind bars.
The article says he’s already doing time for another theft conviction, so no, 10 years seems fair for a repeat offender.
No, by destroying one of the worst cars on the market today. He can take his insurance settlement and buy something that doesn’t suck.
Sounds like they did him a favor.
I don’t mean to be a dick, but c’mon dude, that’s not a Boss. I’m assuming you didn’t swap in a Roadrunner to complete it, yeah?
I think they’re built here in Chandler, Arizona. Every once in a while I’ll go out four wheeling with my 4Runner on the trails out here and I’ll see them testing.
Ehh, the Hellfire is nearly 35 year old technology by now. Not exactly bleeding edge.
I’m fairly certain it was the 2.5. I had the 2.2 in two of my cars, a Legacy L and an OBS, and it wasn’t any less pathetic. At any rate, there was a whopping 20 hp difference between the two. Adequately powered? Lol, ok. I guess that’s relative to the person making that assessment. Every Subaru I’ve run across or…
Ehh, I’d disagree. I’ve driven all manner of Subarus over the years and the NA 2.2s and 2.5s are about the worst. My mom had a ‘96 Outback like yours that she bought new and I recall it being a dog when I was learning to drive on it. 165 hp in something that large and heavy isn’t a good combination.
If you ever make it out to Arizona, Davis Monthan AFB has a museum that’s almost as good. They’ve got an example of just about every military aircraft built in the past 50 years, including an SR71 and one of the former prop planes used to tote the president around. They’ve got a bunch of commercial stuff too, they…
The Iranian people are wonderful. It’s their fascist, tyrannical government that’s the problem.
I had a 5.0. and did pretty much the same thing on a rain covered road one day with the TCS on. Granted, I was going much slower, no one was around and I didn’t hit anything. But yeah, it was pretty easy to get yourself into trouble by doing something stupid. I learned the easy way.
Because approaching a car that you’re engaged in a road rage confrontation with is a rational thing to do?
I completely agree.
Like any good road rage incident, we have two parties here acting like ass clowns, since it usually takes two to tango here. I’m not at all defending the pulling of the firearm, but the biker escalated the situation by knocking on the window and trying to have a friendly chat with them. There’s no real reason to do…
