No- physical controls with tactile feedback allows you to keep your eyes on the road more than the screen. Honda’s lack of a rotary volume knob was a bad UI/ergonomics decision. Perhaps a good voice-controlled sys that’s standardized across the industry, but someone has to win the “format” wars first.

Eh, I have a wider triple monitor setup, but swiveling the chair or eyeballs works fine.

Isn’t it bad to put your wifi router in a metal cage/shelf? Nice clean setup though. I love having triple monitors.

This is actually fair. When cooking I use the fewest possible number of pots and utensils, whereas my wife uses 3x as many things.

That’s true, but technically the trucking industry is already having a hard time finding new drivers who want to live that lifestyle. I worked for Freightliner btw. They’ve been testing a self-driving truck for some time now.

Sure, new CUVs, but still less mpgs than the car version they’re based on and Americans now keep vehicles for an average of 15 yrs. The inefficiency of lots of old SUVs and slightly more efficient CUVs adds up over time.

I very much agree and loved it when prices spiked and all those SUVs ended up in cheap car lots - but I really want Russia to suffer too....
