And the officers on the death star and star destroyers did have evil pompous British accents...
Outsiders think “Portlandia” is just exaggerated comedy, but as a PDX resident it’s kinda spot on. The whole fixie militant cyclist crowd would love to trash every hummer and lambo around if they could.
Nice. I’m ordering one and it’ll probably get here before CM12 OTA update =O

If the tennis rackets don't get you, the pool skimmers will!
Agreed, but some of our Nato allies, like UK and France, do have carrier capable aircraft and logistics, yet are struggling to build just one or two small carriers. Granted these small new carriers are more modern and efficient, but was there any study to see if refurbishing an old hull with modern guts would have…
Why aren't we selling these older smaller non-nuclear carriers to our poorer smaller Nato allies? They need to pick up the slack and we could use the money..

Jack of all trades, but master at none - except sucking tax dollars at record speeds...
Agreed. I've been saying the same thing too. The Raptor might have been very expensive, but at least it was conceived, focused, and very good at stealth and air dominance, not this jack of all trades hot mess F35. Also the Raptor's R&D and per unit cost would have been greatly diffused if built in large numbers. And…
As a Southerner who is used to occasional strong thunderstorms and brisk, clear winters, it was a difficult adjustment to milder but long dreary wet winters in Portland. It does make you appreciate the mild dry summers and it explains the strong local coffee, microbrew, and gortex industries...
Thanks! Unfortunately raccoons ate my goldfish and tore up the plants. A motion sensing sprinkler fixed that.
As a Portland kayaker and dragon boater, I appreciate less sewer runoff going into the Willamette and hope more owners of older homes would do this. Newer houses in Portland are required to have a dry well, which is like an underground septic tank (just for roof runoff) that dissipates the water underground. But I can…
I still animate things in flash every so often and I still use squash n stretch between the keyframes...
Yet another expensive defect?
welcome to Eurf...
