Multimedia designer and former 90's design student here... This looks pretty much like my commuter bag today, even the umbrella (since I live in Portland). I use a Timbuktu messenger bag, I'm PC based, and I choose to lock up my laptop Wacom tablet at work, but the notebook/sketchpad, peripherals, and external storage

Phablets have huge batteries and easily outlast their smaller siblings. You might not need a battery case.

It's about who you know... (I used to live in DC)

Free Geek is awesome! I donate / recycle all my old tech there, but I smash my old hard drives - because of sensitive data...

Racing exotic cars, buzzing US Navy surveillance craft... Flankers have been busy.

Wicked! It's a mini Sea Shadow on super-cavitating torpedoes, but how does this really compare to hovercrafts, hydrofoils, or small ekranoplanes?

Looks similar to Red vs Blue states, but it really needs to be broken down to the county level to show rural vs urban costs of living...

So this wonderful job involves all day spamming...

Hush! That's where some folks puts their stash. I checked out the 2015 Fit and they took it away =(

You should try the duffle bags with wheels and the telescoping handle. They are harder to find in the overhead bin size and they of course don't protect breakables, but it's nice to be able to roll heavy loads...

The spinners are also easier to break and their height lessens the interior room of the luggage frame.

It's kinda true. The long term reliability of Honda parts, combined with common popularity / interchangeability, and ease of theft for older models are why they are stolen so much.
