I live in rural ontario, and after reading this all I want to do is rip around the gravel and tar and chip roads sideways in my Impreza TS... that and maybe upgrade to an STI..

I'm actually just about to take a job that cuts my commute from 585 hours/year to under 78 hours/year. Looking forward to my reward of just over 24 days worth of time with my family.

I drove a pea harvester for Green Giant for a couple of years. A 979-CT PMC Harvester - 26120KG with a 25KPH top end and hydraulic EVERYTHING.

I can't find any current pics of one, but a lifted WRX STI would do nicely for me. The fun of AWD and the ability to keep driving when nature reclaims the road.

the old 77 caprice classic (2 door) was excellent. Bench seats front and back with just enough room, and seats that folded down just the right amount

I travel about 150k (90miles) round trip to work and I'd drive that. Make it so Ford!

@Tyson: Having worked at a magnesium die casting plant I have to agree completely. Can't cut, grind, drill with normal tools.
