Got ticketed on the 401, just before a construction zone doing 146km/h (90.72mph) in a 100km/h (62.14mph), luckily I had started coasting a couple of markers earlier because there was construction ahead, so it could have been worse.

I think B, BLS & Mike the Dog have the right idea. No more entries into the JFG without something like 75% approval, and then put the current JFG entries that are below that threshold up for a vote to see what happens. Once the JFG is filled again, do what BLS suggested and have a reaffirmation vote... democracy…
