because it is

You should consider the distinct possibility that in order to amass a great fortune from scratch, you need to be of a work obsessed mindset. Once you amass the fortune, the character trait that drove you to get their doesn’t suddenly disappear. To find out you are rich and decide to chill forever is the mindset of

Yeah, the other day Husband and I were watching our Dark Shadows DVDs and I was yelling at a rich character that she didn’t need a job at the town’s new tacky-ass antique shop, dusting crap and being perved on by baby Leviathans. She’s rich! And lives in a house stuffed with WAY better antiquities!

I guess I’ll just never understand the mindset by people worth this much continuing to work? Like, isn’t the point to just be able to take your money and chill forever after? If I had a financial advisor tell me “congrats, you’re worth $1billion!” (or even, like, a minute fraction of that) I’d be like okaaaay byeeeee—I

Dude, I was skating back in the day of Tracker Trucks and OJ wheels.
I remember at one point having an Alva board. That would have been in the late 70's in Melbourne Fla.
A couple of years ago, my grandkid was trying some tricks in the drive way. I asked to check it out and he chuckled. Then his jaw dropped...
Not too

Start with a long board. Much much more forgiving, then if you get your sense of yourself on the board and want to continue you can grab something smaller for tricks.

“How tough are you? Do you do a hard day’s work and still make the time and effort for those you love and care about? Do you build that swing set in the backyard for your children? Do you pick up the plants from the nursery for that new landscaping project? Do you haul that lumber to build that deck for your family

Well, you’re not wrong!

It’s for the people who looked at their CUV and thought “but what if outside trunk” or “I’d really like this more if everything in back got wet”.

Yeah the bed is basically an open air crossover cargo area. If I were going camping or something, I would rather just have a roof over my stuff to keep it dry.

oh please oh please oh please I hope someone makes an aftermarket cap for the bed - just for the irony.

Yea, I don’t get it. The advantage of the tire over tailgate in a pickup truck is that a couple bikes fit without purchasing more than a tailgate pad. With the bike having to sit diagonally in the bed, this carries 1 bike max. There doesn’t appear to be a 2" receiver hitch, either.

Yeah, it’s all clicking together for me now.

I mean, it’s pretty obvious they’re standing shoulder to shoulder looking past each other. They aren’t making eye contact. Without context, it looks like a weird form of forced perspective but if you actually watch the whole scene it’s not that bad.

My Corvair had a single-bowl brake master, but I was okay with that because it was only running on two of its six cylinders and I don’t think I could have gotten up the speed to actually hurt anything.

Commenting “Super impractical” on a T-bucket post is like saying, “It’s only got two wheels!” on a motorcycle post.

I had a ‘99 Frontier I bought new. At the time the Ranger and S10 were still a thing, as was the Tacoma. I couldn’t reasonably afford a v6, nor 4wd, so the Frontier was the top choice (I was 20ish and had my first real job, I didn’t *want* a used truck).
It was a damn good truck. ~150hp, a decent 5spd and the extended

Why is it so tall?

does it come with a front facing camera so you can see over the hood?
