That’s an easily fixable issue.

Nothing says “the volume of pressures both large and small in my life no longer grant me the capacity for individual expression or artistic indulgence,” like buying a minivan.

From the boat owners comment about already bringing big crowds to the boat, it sounds like they’re experienced boaters and it’s a big part of their life already. It just happened to be towed around by a different person before now. And from the comment about being able to spend $60k just to tow a boat, building wealth

Minivans are for people who need more cargo space than a truck, and realize that it’s a heated/weather proof/”theft proof”/multi-use space. Trucks are great for hauling or towing heavy and/or dirty items or going off road. Any use other than that, a minivan wins.

A screen should be mounted up high, and the floating look is really crisp, modern and clean.

No, but the non-integrated screens in cars do.

My Caravan has been on many road trips, and people are perfectly happy with the middle seats. The rear seat isn’t great, but it was good enough for at least one 6000 km road trip.

Empty streets is a great reason to get out there and explore. Not gonna get another chance like this for a long time!

You just need to find a car for $6000 to stuff it into.

This layout is horrible. I just want to scroll!

UTVs and ATVs are almost as different as cars and bikes. I wouldn’t compare them at all.

How “loud/dangerous” a UTV is depends on the situation. I’d wager the majority of UTV sales are for family or utility use at the cabin or farm. Not much loud or dangerous about that, except for the odd time you take it for a rip down the road, or down a slightly more challenging trail in the forest.

They no longer do any of the “cool” stuff we did before they had kids.

But how often do you carry/tow all that stuff?

It’s Beer Cozy.

And then you have to drive back to your apartment. With a van, home base is wherever you park.

It’s super difficult to drive an apartment to a different place whenever you want.

It took me about fifteen seconds to prefer this to a touch screen

I already have a minivan for space, and is what my wife drives. The CX-5 is only on my list because there aren’t enough wagons available. And I don’t mind the hood length for visibility. I just think it should be shorter for styling reasons.
