"Studies" have shown just the opposite of that.

"we need to raise the minimum wage because people are too lazy to go out, get training and stop working at McDonald's"

My headcanon is that the cartoonish "dumb hollywood liberals" are just part of the action movie satire of Team America. I could totally see something like popping up in a Michael Bay movie.

If two people believe two different things, it's impossible that one of them is right and one of them is wrong!

That's because the creators of Rick and Morty know how important it is to care.

Sam is 2 for 2 at "grossest GoT scenes." Can't wait for the next episode where he learns that the cure for Greyscale is hidden in the sewers of Oldtown.

"she knows he's a creep who wants to bang her"

Strategically killing dudes who have posed no direct threat to him isn't really John Snow's style (He learned it from his adopted dad). It's more of a Cersei (and maybe Sansa?) thing.

I believe that's the climax of Ready Player One.

women's what now?

It feels like Euron only exists in the show to give Cersei a fighting chance against literally everyone else.

Watching this episode I had a vision of David Lynch's LOST and I was very sad that we'll never get that.

I don't think it's ridiculous at all to compare Twin Peaks to True Detective. Both series are about flawed but good men standing up to a deep-seated, powerful evil at the heart of America, and achieving small but meaningful victories.

*collapses thread as hard as humanly possible*

Just sayin', dwarves steal gold at a much higher rate than any other race. It's just statistics!

"anyone who wishes death on people who subscribe to a different belief system"

I mean he seemed pretty selfless from the very beginning though

Yeah Uncle Ben's death is kind of the whole reason he's Spiderman, the superhero who wants to save people, and not some dumb kid using his superpowers to have fun and impress girls.

Honestly I felt like leaving out that catchphrase and Uncle Ben was a bad move. I know that we've seen it done a dozen times now (well, two) but that's like the heart and soul of Spiderman. It's like a Star Wars movie where no one says "May the Force be with you."

I kinda dug Queens Spiderman, but they totally blew it by not having Spiderman swing from some supertall buildings in the climax after setting up his fear of heights with the Washington monument.
