I'm not in any hurry to see it. I'm getting kinda tired of "just fine" Marvel movies.

I thought Hamm as the big bad worked thematically, since both he and Baby were… in love with women? That makes it sound dumb, but it was like Hamm was the evil version of Baby in a way.

I was actually thinking that Baby Driver reminded me a lot of the experience of watching Fury Road. Both movies are almost perfectly paced and edited.

My biggest problem with this is that I don't understand what the word AUCTION has to do with the context of the new scene. Either this new lady pirate has a poor understanding of how auctions work (you generally give people something in return for their money), or I'm missing something.

Eh, most of the middle chunk is pretty good, but it's still got that terrible third act.

Unlike all other Marvel movies, it probably would not have looked like it was shot for TV. Wright is one of the few directors who actually makes very specific choices with framing and blocking, instead of just shooting a bunch of coverage and finding the movie in post.

Yeah it's incredibly silly and cheesy but so sincere at the same time. Also all that money is up on screen - gorgeous on-location cinematography and fantastic action.
