When you try to turn on flash in Dolphin settings, you get a prompt saying Flash will cause Dolphin browser to crash on this version of Android. So even though the setting is there and the flash .apk is installed, the browser won't let you enable it on JellyBean.

That's on an older version of Android though correct?
