Frankly, I'm not an expert on the stock specs, but I have built a few, and have seen many more, and ~700 HP , at the rear wheel, on pump gas, by dyno, and not seat of the pants, is not such an unusual thing. and that's just breathing air, no forced induction, no giggle gas
