Of course, the whole thing needs to be qualified hugely with the warning 'only in the USA'. Which isn't really representative of the rest of the world.

Ah, the warm and welcoming place that Kotaku is become. Amongst this outflow of well-meant objectivity I now realise that I am but a braindead naive sucker and a fool (@Orihalcon, @HingeThunder, @Martinus Swart, @NicolasCage).
This survey doesn't stack up with NPD figures, which have a far greater sample size and so will be correspondingly more reliable.
