+1. Ever see anyone on the Red Sox lay into David Ortiz for not “playing the game the right way” when he walks towards first after a groundout into a shift? Johnny Hustle types are pretty annoying anyway.

Agreed...and it’s not the games, it’s the practices. Linemen drill most every day to get low, and “head off” the man across from them, banging heads again and again. One hit in a game may look scary, but hundreds over the course of a career likely doing the most damage
