Like many people these days, Deadspin doesn't like coverups, cheating, hiding the truth, and outright dickheadery. This is why they go after ESPN, they're like the Catholic Church, an easy mark that that still has way more followers than it deserves.

Deadspin commenting is more about one liners and stand up comedy type jokes than anything else. A lot of us come here more for the top commenters than for the stories themselves. It's what's done here, crack the best jokes about the story, no holds barred.

Yeah I'm on Android, but I like grabbing 10-15 emails at once and mass deleting. The archive button was useless to me. With the update, the swipe made it archive instead of delete, right?

Not really trying to be in the contest, but you can flip them upside down over newly planted plants to act as a mini greenhouse, and to protect them if there's a storm coming or animals are eating the plants. Obviously this wouldn't work great on a large scale, but if you have a handful of plants and enough jars…
