Minecraft PS Vita handhelds are coming to Japan. They’re part of a special bundle that comes with a Minecraft PS Vita pouch and an array of downloadable content. It will be out on December 6 in Japan. No word on an international release.

Hoping they don’t forget about the Vita version. It’s always the last to update... and the only version of Minecraft I play.

I can’t argue with anything on this list, but Ghosts n’ Goblins was enjoyable for how bad it was, in a campy, Rocky Horror kind of way. The worst game though, for sure.

Blizzard should have made a real effort to communicate the issue. People fear legacy servers will never come and just saying “we won’t discuss it” is just pouring oil into the fire. I think Blizzard should be aware by know that people wish to have those and they actively fought against the wishes of the players there.…

Oh yeah, this undoubtedly has an impact on the ongoing quality of content. Not to mention, Blizzard has income from a bunch of games, plus all sorts of related merchandise. Bungie pretty much just has Destiny, and at least judging by the Reddit and such, people aren’t regularly spending on micro transactions.

The huge difference is that WoW still has a substantial monthly fee to keep “live team” running. Destiny added microtransactions, but no way are they taking in $13 per player per month the way WoW does.

Bungie tried/is trying to use a model of big expansion, then lots of smaller regular free updates until the next major drop. Unfortunately, Destiny’s smaller updates are mostly novelty content and events- like, imagine if the whole WoW 7.2 patch was just the Darkmoon Faire- enjoyable for a week or two, but no real…

I’ve been hoping games would start doing this for a while. There’s a lot of time, money, and effort that go into dubbing, especially if you want to do it well. Bad dubs ruin a game fast, to the point where there are games I’ve muted rather than listen to them (thankfully, those are much rarer these days.)

I really can’t wait for Borderlands 3. If they implement an end game experience akin to Diablo 3’s Adventure Mode, I may never need another FPS game. A man can dream!

No, not ALL people who would want to play these games know that they exist or where to get them. Not all people who would be interested in things like this have the time or energy to keep track of various translation projects, especially when it’s of games that they barely knew existed in the first place.

I understand this concern. Believe me, I don’t take posts about fan games or translations lightly. Particularly with Nintendo. Who I believe are flat out irresponsible and unreasonable with their litigations.
