None of your reference material addresses the manufacturing of the batteries and their disposal after their life cycle is complete. The only political spin is that we are using batteries that are being manufactured in other countries.

We love to ignore the environmental impact, from the beginning of manufacturing of a Tesla, to the generation of electricity to charge it, to it’s disposal after it’s useful life, because it is arguably worse than the environmental impact of a comparable internal combustion car.

A kid throwing a tantrum, say under 5 years old, is a non-threat to anyone on the plane. When mom tells the crew that her 15 year old is about to start scratching if she doesn’t get her way, she becomes a physical threat to those around her.

You can take any sort of solid food through security, or as mentioned, buy something hot (on the secure side of the terminal.) this was a failure of the parents to adequately prepare for their daughters needs and then EXPECTING the airline to accomodate their special request, or else suffer a meltdown complete with
