I agree…it made me once again question Nas'/Naz' common sense, though.

Possibility of Freddy not being such a good guy: maybe Freddy hoped that he could force a mistrial (with the leaked "kiss" footage) thus keeping Nas/Naz in lock-up for the duration of another trial. In that case he would have have been surprised that the prosecutor refused to re-try Naz/Nas.

So, in the footage where the moose/deer eye is swabbed, is…meaningless? Didn't the swab have blood on it? I don't remember for sure now…

The cat…so many comments about the cat. It's a bit of a strange "wake-up" call for me to realize how much people are devoted to cats. I like all types of animals, but the level of dedication to cats I've read here and elsewhere is eye-opening.
