Yeah…the series' ending caught me off guard.

Well, the AV Club sometimes has a lack for great editing.

Yeah…this was a wonderful show. Still on Amazon…I think (?)

I'm pretty sure this reply can be used for any comment.

I would very much like your autograph.

You're such a hero, you're so rich, how come you're coming down here wasting your time with such a bunch of bums?

"We have very similar senses of humor…"

How tall is that guy, anyway? Anyone ever measure his height?

"I wish this kid luck in the future though."

Upvoted…but I'm pretty sure you owe the Joseph Heller estate some money.

But in Russia…umm…nope. This comment is Yakov Smirnoff-proof…

Fair enough, my good AVClub colleague. Thanks for giving me some reference points. It's interesting, our sense of humor seems to line up fairly well. I love Seinfeld, but the list you gave is very strong in my opinion.

Excuse me, Will Harris, is there a butt steak up my nose?

@avclub-f16faf5d680d7b88e2e157c1c137c497:disqus You gave a pass on your patented "condensed review" of this movie?! Too easy?

I'd like to think that Mystikal smiled if/when he heard/saw John Oliver dance along to his music.

One thing about this talk of us eulogizing our parents: we may go *first*. It isn't unheard of. I'm not sure if/how that may change our respective visions…

I think it would be interesting if, after some thoughtful back and forth dialogue, someone actually changed their mind (either way) or perhaps came to a more nuanced understanding of whatever the subject at hand is.

I admit to thinking it's a very good movie. But, I am bringing a lot of Buddhist and Taoist interpretations to the table which may or may not have been intended.

Okay…I need to see a jazz/pop singer on this list…otherwise I'm leaning toward thinking you don't like jazz-pop singers/improvisers.
