I’ll agree on all points, and add that I’m moderately disturbed that “stan” appears so often in this conversation.

Offer me robust community features (a forum at the very least) and the ability to redeem the games on your store that I already own on Steam (as GOG does, in a limited but still growing way) and I may consider an eventual switch (when the scales get heavier on your side).

I play a lot of Galaxy Of Heroes and you are right. They need more DS characters right now. But also, I want Yaddle. lol

Everyone in GoH is divided up by Light Side and Dark Side. They have far more Light Side people in canon/Legends to choose from (96 LS vs 72 DS right now) so they have to dig a little deeper for Dark Side characters.

Sometimes its fun to DP multiple niches.
