You are getting nationality and race confused. They are two very different things.

Power dynamic isn’t required. Period. Prejudice is a requirement. Period. Your definition may be accepted by a small minority with an agenda, but it hasn’t made it into primary dictionaries of the English language. Go check Oxford and Merriam-Webster. Power dynamics isn’t part of the definition.
