To add to this, and this is the first time I have heard about it (not from PA), a lot of people would have used that as an excuse to kill the suspect. I do think it shows intent to stop the suspected crime vs a chance to stop a life.

Yeah I think I am generalizing based on my location. I will say 98% of the ones I see daily have the above mods. 

I would say that 90% of Diesel trucks, not commercial vehicles, are illegally modified in the same way. Straight pipes, egr (or whatever) delete, tunes. 

There is also Lays All Dressed, I think is what it is called. It is canadian but has a few flavors but overall tastes like ketchup. Very good.
