Tyler J’s essays are not about picking on Bioware. If you (a journalist) actually watched his essay you might know that his evidence is fair and grounded.
Don’t just throw blame jason, Tyler J has a VERY good and well detailed argument.

I wish I had a book that also worked as a response to questions. (Great book too!)
Smooth.
I wouldn’t say the main book has consistently had this issue like it has in the latest arc, but I will admit I honestly didn’t notice anything on this level when Larroca was doing Darth Vader. I guess it’s because the main Star Wars book has more familiar faces—like, actual faces instead of Vader’s helmet—regularly…
To be fair, the maker of this video (Clean Price Gaming) usually presents these videos with a very fair evidence based critique and offers constructive suggestions on how things could be corrected. It’s a video worth watching I think and not an overblown sensationalist piece although the titling may not reflect that.
You guys (and Polygon) are late on this. The series has been guilty of this since the first issue.
Normally, I’d say eh. But yeah, as much as I appreciate the photorealism, actually reading the issues has become a bit of a “well, that looks like a photo” on every page turn, which kind of takes you out of the story.
And that paragraph is an apologists excuse for anti-consumer behavior.
If you also listen to what the video was saying he is not wrong on any count and I for one am happy that people are waking up to this nonsense we are seeing in the industry.
I consider videos like that highly important and if Anthem fails then it will be on EA not on the makers of these videos.
2017 was a horrendous…
Myeah... “EA are good guys too”, sorry, but... After a while in the industry, I can tell you it’s not just a few toxic youtubers who hate EA. It’s also players, but also other publishers. Not because EA makes more money or anything, but because EA manages to completely ruin every single monetization process…
It’s been a while since I’ve seen someone shill that hard for what is essentially a joke of a service in a long time. I’m convinced that dipshit was a Facebook employee that was full on chugging the company kool-aid.
Exactly! Facebook has what I call company A.D.D They get interested in something for a short time and then they have no follow up.
I brought that up a week ago when a guy in the comments posted stuff about Facebook Watch killing YouTube. They don’t even have an apps on mobile devices, consoles, or TVs for FBW.
Amazon Prime streamed a bunch of Thursday night games. I hadn’t heard anything about Facebook getting any.
You and like 3 other people. And one of them was probably Drew Magray, since he has to check Twitter while taking a piss.
Oh yeah, I’ve heard more about the Vive than the Rift.
Kinda dumb when you consider that there’s no TV app for watching Facebook videos
Didn’t Facebook have a deal to stream NFL games last year? I know Twitter did and that didn’t go over well. Point being, twitch has a huge name recognition with a niche audience. Facebook will get the casual viewers, but like the beginning of Facebook video, I don’t see those viewers really hanging around.
Eh Twitch is going nowhere, Facebook has a bad habit of half assing things all the time. Can’t tell you how many “features” that have added to the platform only for them to hardly be used. Plus Twitch has many things going for it then just esports. I don’t see many streamers jumping ship to stream on Facebook any time…
