It’s CRAZY to me that anyone plays GTA Online. It seems boring as hell, and everything is more overpriced than the worst F2P game ever.

I don’t care if the graphics look less than what we saw (oh well) but I am hoping they really nail the story world and gameplay. Can we at least agree, it seems like a generally fun concept!? Actually, I think it’s a halfway decent idea if only for the fact that it’s already able to easily send VIOP chat and the iPhone/android keyboard is really easy to use vs trying to type letter by letter via joystick.

I personally couldn’t care less about console accounts. Nobody pays attention to your steam achievements or xbox account stuff. If I can’t show it off IN-GAME, it doesn’t matter to me.

They seem to be doing the best with what hey got, and are being pretty transparent about the process and intent. For what it’s worth, apparently they were (are?) trying to hire more folks and had trouble getting qualified people who wanted to move to Korea. Or so the story goes.

People speaking (or in this case singing) in a Mario game seems really odd. But I guess times are changing!

I don’t understand the complaints really. It’s not like the people who animate and create the visual assets and brainstorm core new features are ALSO gunna be helping to code new jumps and optimize the engine.

See the thing is, I would love to earn a little, even tiny income from streaming or producing video content of my adventures :) the US Dollar goes a looooonnnnggg way in places like South Africa - and I want to not only thrive but bless the locals as much as possible.
