I can agree with the overall 100, but there still should be a kill feed accessible. Some games it would be really fun to just see exactly who killed you and some other things. Right now the feed dissapears in like 2 seconds.

Honestly the story wasn’t totally my cup of tea in a lot of ways. Half of the game is just a boring skip-the-cutscene wild goose chase. The other half of the game is amazing story-wise.

Minus the last fight though. That was a little underwhelming. It could have been much more grand.

I agree. The kill feed and in-game stats could be a lot more in-depth.

I came here just to say to the world: fuck this shit and give us another bonafide Metroid game.

Agreed. If they’re gunna do that, can we have some hardcore, definitive visual separation between posts? Maybe like a magenta line or something obvious.

I only watched trailer number 2 but I can tell you it’s also definitely the SOUND that played into the scenes looking fake. There is so much nuance missing - it feels like a song playing over some a bunch of B-Roll with a few SFX thrown in.

“Black Mario”

No offense attended, as this is a awesome guide, but how can I filter this anime stuff out of my Kotaku feed? I was under the impression this was a video game website.

Meh, I just happen to save this quest for my vary last shrines and found it satisfyingly tough. But at that point, I just used a online guide.

Hey if it’s your bag cool, but at least when I played it a few months ago it was clearly rigged up as pay to play, and by play I mean - have a chance at a decent deck to play with. Or else, grind with a terrible deck.

I used the horses in this game for about 10 minutes. The controls are HORRENDOUS at least on WiiU. I would constantly veer off to one side or the other. Fast travel or nothing. Plus the fact that your horse can’t follow you anywhere. Bogus.

I largely agree with the rain sentiment, but it also teaches you to look for shelter and sleep it off.

I hope you review this game sometime soon. I LOVED Gwent in the Witcher 3, but the beta for this only lasted a few games before I realized I would need to spend somewhere around $40-$120 depending how lucky I was in order to build a decent deck. Noooooooo thank you!

Your friend drives a taxi while high? That’s rough dude, gross.

Wait, isn’t this a video game website? Also the oscars are shit, who cares.

Man, Kotaku jumped on this “take a shit on that real world Mario level” train like it was the last one leaving hell.

N64 and GameCube both had insanely glorious runs though, and I’m basing my statements off of the Wii and WiiU which... Just ultimately let me down when it came to amazing content. Mario and Zelda definitely showed up, but some of my favorite series never, ever came back in true form. (I almost got a WiiU for Pikmin 3

gfx blows

Hmm, Zelda looks like it has a lot of fun dungeons, combat and collection, but the over-world looks really freaking boring. Like just blobs of land that somebody extruded from a flat 3D surface and didn’t bother to texture or add lushness to.

I can’t help but think this game suffers the most from its graphical

You clearly didn’t grow up with Nintendo.
