I agree with everything you said, except the bottom line. The reason this promotion exists is that no one is using their app. It’s currently at 1% of orders, and they hope to get it up to 5%. If they manage to hit their goal, then they are giving away 1 out of every 21 sandwiches made, which should be sustainable.
