This is what Jalopnik is supposed to be.

That’s pretty much what I’ve said before. Typical GM. Great idea, shit execution.
Pretty sure that’s the intake manifold. If you’re talking about the bent tubes on the front of the engine. You can see they go to the throttle body.
Splinter is way worse.
Parking tickets dont land you in prison.
Authority concentrated in a centralized government (centralized economic planning) is left-authoritarian. Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union and China are definitely NOT extreme conservatism. A right authoritarian (imposing culture on its citizens) state would be like an Iran.
Authoritarianism usually impresses upon certain mindsets that when the system is put in place they will be the ones in command of the system. Kind of like the lie that if you just work hard enough you’ll be a CEO/Rich Person (tm). They will be able to control the up/down vote that puts “lesser people in their place.”
You’re still not right. And he’s not right either. Authoritarianism has nothing to do with socialism or conservatism. It’s a style of government that has equal opportunity to be conservative or progressive on social issues as well as socialist or capitalist on economic issues.
I have several Millennial friends that feel we need to adopt this same system.
I'd have just gotten out of the car and walked away.
I love this tweet from the award-winning Lawrence PD
A simple project. Nay, it was Elementary.
Both of you two are totally wrong... in one way or another. Lemme explain... Saturn actually made cars that the rear door opened suicide style... that is what needs to happen next to this thing... suicide doors. Works with the car and the theme of the current build.
I’ve heard they prefer the term polymer sled.
The Tesla nav is finally good enough. It’s routing is about on par with Google, maybe 90% as good. It also has other features Google Maps has, like you can view the businesses. I was on a roadtrip and hungry, and saw Haywood Smokehouse on the Tesla nav, and stopped on the spur of the moment (it was delicious).
My experiences following Dukes down the road are these: you’ll get there. You will not be excited by the vehicle’s performance along the way.
Haha, speaking of Irish Car Bombs, I was at a Hofbrauhaus (a German restaurant/brewery chain) here in the midwest when a bunch of bros came in and ordered a round of Irish Car Bombs. The very nice, petite bartender said, “hell no, we don’t serve that Irish shit. This is a German place.”
I love how that always get posted in these discussions.
