Is it just me, or does anyone else kind of get sketched out when they see people messing with PCV/valve cover vent routing on their modded cars?

I always called it “New Car Anxiety”, or NCA in our abbreviated world.

The good thing is, letting off the gas is akin to opening a parachute behind you.

Ever driven a soft top jeep wrangler at 85mph?

It does really come down to soil erosion and acidification. There are spots of farming all over northern ontario and quebec as well, but you’re going to find vast areas where the shield is just too shallow, the drainage is bad, or there is just bare rock.

Ha! Well, you could run a pet rock stable.

Three hours into a twelve hour solo northern Ontario road trip, I was gassing a bit too hard through some twisties on a barren section of highway 17. Came down a hill at a velocity much over the posted limit. An officer approaching in the incoming lane immediately pulled over and put on the lights as soon as he saw

The only accidents I’ve ever been in (that were my fault) have both been due to someone slamming on the brakes at a yield sign while I’m looking left. I trust people too much. I trust them to actually yield when it’s clear and not to panic and slam the brakes when they clearly have time to merge.

If they just used stop signs, then the problem would be solved. Reason being that everyone seems to roll through stop signs these days anyway.
