Yeah that’s what I was thinking. We generally don’t have that problem in my neck of the woods, save for some spots, but I could see how that would happen in areas that go through wet and dry seasons.

I would hazard to guess that almost all vehicles have negative equity nowadays, unless the term is short and the down-payment is good. That’s the unfortunate part of our “zero down over 84 month” Sales reality.
