The solution is pretty simple.  They need to run all the services through a replaceable modem-like device (TCU) and if they want to keep selling services, they need to replace it for free when the time comes.

The link in the article has the graphs. Model Y starts out with 70% EPA range brand new and falls to 64% after 3 years and then it’s stable for year 4, remaining at 64%. Model 3 is the same but it starts out at 72% EPA range and stabilizes around 64%.

I definitely do not agree with Slide 7. The retracting door handles, while quirky are objectively cool and even in marginally, serve to reduce CoD. The size of the rear windshield and lack of rear wiper was certainly a design flaw.

Why are the Ioniq 5 handles an issue?  They don’t bother me at all.
